How long have you been doing this?

We've been developing our direct mail marketing process since 2009, working closely with clients to "work out all the kinks".  

There's been a lot of trial and error to get to this point, a lot of mistakes and a lot of money spent.  But we have it down pretty good now, I'd say.  

We've tweaked every element of the process to maximize response rate and lead quality.
