How to process a removal request

When someone calls in from a direct mail campaign, and they ask to be removed from the list, here's how to quickly and efficiently process that removal so our team is notified that they should be removed from future mailings.  Note: this only applies to direct mail leads (not telemarketing or other), and the removal request item must include a voicemail from the lead that indicates their name and address so we can find them in the lists to remove them.
